We hold several event nights throughout the year – a midwinter and end of year fun night, as well as two Personal Best nights. We also hold a bi-annual water safety night where we teach children some practical water safety tips and tricks.
Personal Best nights are when children who can swim at least 25 metres are invited to take part in a “race night”. Children swim in heats with others of a similar age, and their goal is to set a new personal best or beat their time from the previous event. Children who beat their time receive a token which they can swap for a treat.
